Anchored in stone, held in memory

Choosing a monument for someone you loved is not an ordinary decision. You are looking for something that will endure, that reflects who they were, and that marks the place where memory takes a lasting form. The Aciento urn monument in granite gives that place the permanence and quiet dignity it deserves.

Granite: one of the most durable natural stones available

Granite forms deep within the earth's crust under extreme pressure and heat, a process that takes millions of years. The result is a stone that is exceptionally hard, dense, and resistant to the elements. Stonemasons work with considerable skill and precision to cut, flatten, and engrave it. Every monument is the product of that craft, something you feel when you touch the surface rather than something you can fully appreciate in a photograph. The grey tone of the Aciento is considered and enduring, suited to almost any cemetery setting.

What this monument can carry

Granite needs no additional protection against rain, frost, or shifting temperatures. The stone does not discolour or deteriorate with outdoor exposure under normal conditions. That matters: once the monument is in place, it asks nothing further of you. What you choose will remain exactly as you intended it.

Practical considerations before you order

Before ordering, it is worth speaking with your cemetery authority or local council about what is permitted at your specific site. Grave monuments are sometimes subject to rules covering dimensions, materials, and form, and some cemeteries require that installation be carried out by an approved local stonemason. Any concrete base or pile foundation beneath the monument will need to be arranged through the cemetery directly. If you are placing the Aciento in a private garden rather than a cemetery, a plastic urn vault is also available and can be installed without specialist help. Alternative dimensions can be discussed if the standard size does not suit your situation.

A monument that carries their story

Granite takes engraving with great precision. A name, a date, or a phrase that says exactly what you want to say. Text engraving is available and can be applied directly to the stone surface. If you are not yet sure what words you would like to use, we are happy to help you think it through.

Your approval before anything is finalised

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a proof for approval before the monument is produced. This gives you the opportunity to review every detail and confirm that everything is exactly right.

This cremation urn monument is built to stand for generations. If you would like help with wording, dimensions, or understanding what your cemetery will allow, get in touch and we will talk it through with you.
