Delivery time for urns, memorial jewellery and pet urns
When will your order be delivered?
Many urns, memorial jewellery items and pet urns can be delivered within a reasonable time. The current delivery time is always shown with the product and is leading for your order. Click on the product image or on Info for more details about the chosen item, its specifications and the expected delivery time.
When you pay by credit card, PayPal or Klarna, your order can often be processed quickly after payment confirmation. Most items are delivered on average within 5 to 10 working days, unless a different delivery time is stated with the product. This is an indication and not a guaranteed delivery date.
If you choose another payment method, such as a bank transfer, please allow additional processing time. International bank transfers may take several working days to clear, which can slightly delay the dispatch of your order.

Why can delivery times differ?
The delivery time can depend on the stock status of the product, the chosen version, the payment method and any additional work needed before dispatch. Engraving, personalisation, custom-made items and handmade products may require extra processing time.
Fragile products, such as ceramic urns, glass urns, natural stone urns and memorial jewellery, are carefully checked and packed before shipping. This helps protect your order during transport.
