Careful and Considerate Shipping
We offer two shipping options: FREE standard shipping and insured shipping.
1. Your order will be shipped by parcel service for FREE
In partnership with DHL parcel service, your order will be delivered. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive your order within 2 to 3 days. A DHL parcel delivery driver will deliver your order to the specified address. You can choose whether it's delivered to your home or workplace. Delivery is available from Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays).
The DHL parcel driver will make two delivery attempts. If you're not at home, you'll receive a notification card in your mailbox. You can use the code on this card to track where your package will be delivered. If you miss the second delivery attempt, the package will be delivered to a DHL service point, where you can pick it up within 10 days. After that, the package will be returned to legendURN.
2. Your order will be shipped INSURED
Receive your package with insurance. The package will be handed over in person at your door after the recipient signs for it. The package must not be left with neighbours. The content is fully insured against loss or damage. We charge £6.68 - €7.50 for this service.
