How to fill the urn

Everything you need is included. Place the ashes bag loosely inside the urn, leaving part of it protruding to act as a funnel, then pour the ashes in. Secure the bag with the included cable tie and tuck it fully into the opening. If you are not using the ashes bag, a separate funnel is recommended to avoid spillage. Before fitting the lid, make sure the inner seating edge is completely free of dust, grease and moisture using the cloth provided. Remove the protective film from the lid, align it carefully with the opening and press it firmly into place in a single movement. A correctly closed lid sits flush with the body of the urn.

Personalising the 'Oval Tree'

The tree on this urn already carries meaning. Laser engraving is available as an option and can deepen that meaning further. A portrait photograph, a handwritten signature, a date, or a line of text can be applied to the stainless steel surface using a computer-guided laser beam that works with precision at a fine scale.
