Each piece exists only once

When you are looking for something that truly reflects the person you have lost, a handblown glass cremation urn offers something no mass-produced piece can: every single one is different. The colour patterns form during the blowing process and can never be exactly repeated. What you receive has never existed before and never will again.

Handblown glass: craftsmanship you can see

Glassblowing demands years of skill and precise control over temperature, breath and timing. Each urn is shaped individually from high-quality glass, with colour worked into the material during production. This is not a coating or surface treatment applied afterwards. The colour is part of the glass itself, inseparable from it. The urn is available in four colours, shown in the product images, and suitable for use with or without an ash bag.

The colour that fits who they were

Colour carries meaning. Not in any general sense, but because you know better than anyone which colour your loved one would have called their own. A deep blue, a clear amber, a quiet green: the choice you make connects the urn to the bond you shared. That is what makes this more than a place to keep ashes.

Four colours, one personal decision

Look carefully at the available colours in the images. Each has its own character, shaped by the way light passes through the glass and brings the tone to life. The appearance shifts with the light in the room: different in daylight than in the evening, different on a windowsill than on a darker shelf. That living quality is particular to glass as a material, and it makes the urn a presence in a room rather than simply an object in it.

Kept safely at home

Glass asks to be handled with care. That is not a drawback. It is a quality that suits the intention: an urn for ashes that you give a considered, permanent place indoors.

Practical guidance on placement and care

This urn is designed for indoor use only. Place it on a stable, flat surface away from busy areas of the room. Glass is sensitive to knocks, so a calm, fixed spot protects both the urn and its contents. Clean with a dry or lightly dampened cloth only, and avoid abrasive products. If you need to seal the urn permanently, the base cap can be secured with adhesive.

If you would like the urn to carry a name, a date or a short personal phrase, personalisation is available. An engraving plate can be added, making this urn entirely your own and no one else's.

If you would like help choosing a colour or thinking through the personalisation options, we are happy to talk it through with you at whatever pace suits.
