The Continuita is made from glassfibre-reinforced plastic, finished in a matte black. Glassfibre gives the piece a solidity that you notice when you hold it: the form is tight, closed and considered. The bird is not an ornament added after the fact. It is part of the design from the outset, which is why the whole piece reads as a single, coherent object rather than a decorated container. The result is something that carries quiet meaning.

Designed to live in your home, not to explain itself

The Continuita is deliberately shaped so that it does not read as a funeral urn at first glance. That makes it well suited to a shelf between books, a windowsill or a console table. The bond you shared does not need to be visible to everyone who walks through the door. Sometimes that is a decision only you and a handful of people understand, and that is entirely right.

The urn works with or without an ash bag, which is practical both for initial placement and if you ever choose to move it at a later point.

Material and indoor use

Glassfibre-reinforced plastic is a stable material. It is not affected by the humidity fluctuations or temperature variation that are normal in any home, and the matte black finish holds up well to everyday indoor handling. No special care is needed. The Continuita is designed for indoor use only.

A practical note

The Continuita is designed for indoor use only and is not suitable for outdoor placement. The glassfibre construction is robust and should not crack or warp under normal household conditions. Because the form is closed and compact, it sits securely on any flat surface without risk of tipping. No adhesive sealing is required during normal display, though the base can be sealed if you prefer a permanent arrangement.
